Vreemde dagen? Omdat Detroit Stanley mee naar huis neemt? Mmmmmm. Is eigenlijk niet zo vreemd dat Hedicans vrouwtje dancing on ice heeft gewonnen:-d Feit is wel dat het team erg goed draaide met al die rookies tijdens Hedicans afwezigheid.

Maar goed ik wil dus (nog)niet dat hedican gaat, het is een van mijn favorieten....

Maar ja, vrouwlief heeft net Dancing with the Stars gewonnen, dus misschien gaat ie met haar op tournee of zo...

RALEIGH, NC%u2014Ron Francis, Assistant General Manager and Director of Player Development for the National Hockey League%u2019s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has agreed to terms with forward Harrison Reed on a three-year, entry-level contract. The deal will pay Reed an average of $500,000 per season in the NHL and an average of $55,000 per season in the minor leagues. Reed also receives a $100,000 signing bonus as a part of the contract.

Reed, 20, completed his third full season in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) in 2007-08, splitting the year between Sarnia and Guelph. The Newmarket, Ont., native totaled 14 goals and 33 assists (47 points) in 69 games and then notched three goals and two assists (5 points) in 10 playoff games for Guelph. Drafted in the third round, 93rd overall, of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, Reed completed his junior hockey career with 69 goals, 109 assists (178 points) and 120 penalty minutes in 210 games with Sarnia and Guelph.
